COLD CREAM RICE
This is a great way to use up left over rice at and event.
Take some cooked rice that was cooked to the point where it turns to mush. Not Burned.
Add a can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Add some raw sugar and some vanilla extract or the soft part from the inside of a vanilla bean and stir
Best when served cold.
