Take 1 quart of boiling water, 1 cup of graham flour, 1/2 cup of sweet
cream or rich milk, salt; stir the flour smooth with a little cold
water. Stir into the boiling water and cook rapidly about 30 minutes;
add the milk or cream just before, taking from the fire. Serve with
sugar.
